PataChuo is a global social media platform built specifically for alumni communities. It allows former students to connect with classmates, discover alumni from their schools, grow professional networks, and support alumni businesses around the world.
Browsing the platform and discovering schools is free. To officially register as an alumnus of your school, there is a small one-time verification fee of KES 100 (or 1 USD). This helps maintain genuine alumni communities and keeps the platform secure.
Registering as an alumnus is simple:

1️⃣ Go to the PataChuo homepage 2️⃣ Search for your school or institution 3️⃣ Open your school's page and click Register as Alumni 4️⃣ Fill in your alumni details (name, year, program, etc.) 5️⃣ Complete the process by paying the one-time KES 100 (or $1) verification fee

Once completed, you will officially appear in your school's alumni community.
Affiliates earn commissions when they refer new users, institutions, or shops to PataChuo. Typical commissions include: • KES 50 per alumni • KES 10,000 per shop • KES 30,000 per institution Payments are processed weekly.
Affiliate payouts are processed every Friday.
Institutions can register through the Institutions Hub page. Once approved, your institution will appear in the public directory.
You can register your shop through the Mall section. Provide your business details and your shop will be listed.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
